Great to see you around the Fediverse 🥳 :mastolove:
And I'm looking forward to see #Thunderbird on Android :mastolove:

However, I think that @Ahorn and @fuomag9 have raised two important points that I'd like to second:
Please plan to publish your app via #FDroid right from the start - and include encryption via #PGP and #SMIME :mastoinnocent:

Oh - and just drop the word here when you start looking for beta testers 😊

Anyone got an experience with using the various Telegram clients available in @fdroidorg ? I can see three options, all compatible with my ancient Android (6.x); Forkgram, Telegram FOSS, and Nekogram X, all of which were updated within the last month. No idea how compatible they are, or how fast they run on older hardware.

The last version of #ntfy is a #unifiedpush distributor ! It will soon reach the @fdroidorg store. It is easy to use - just install it - and easy to self-host if you want to.

👏👏👏

Has there already been made a request for packaging for the #FDroid repo?

Busy week for #keyoxide but at least we can show off new stuff!

📣 As of today, there's a Keyoxide Android app 🎉

It's a client much like the website (so no key editing just yet…) and will allow you to verify identities in pretty much the same way: copy-paste a fingerprint or email address and voilà!

And soon supporting QR code scanning for easier input!

Also in the process of putting on #fdroid :fdroid:!

Big 👏👏👏 for our very own @Seferi who developed it!
