It was placed in a stack of items that meant a lot to him, including a photo of his late parents and his citizenship certificate. It was a rare copy of Action Comics # 1 (first appearance of Superman) from the Library of Congress, so it did have historical significance.
As a Superman fan myself, I know he was taking advantage of the opportunity to hold a copy of that treasure in his hands for just a minute, and I completely endorse the idea. Buying his own copy would have set him back millions of dollars, but that brief moment of "geeking out" was free, thanks to our National Archives.
In addition to chapters support, the app also remembers where podcast playback was stopped and can return to that exact point. In the meantime, I’m addressing a few more of Gemini’s suggestions, so another pull request is on the way. 🙂

I tested the example podcasts you sent, and well — it works for me. Maybe you didn’t listen long enough? The app only starts saving the position after about 20 seconds. Try seeking further into an episode, stopping it, and then coming back to it.
I got a fairly large list of podcasts of various types from a friend, and it’s pretty much what I expected — it all behaves differently. Oh well, we’ll need to test things and catch those edge cases so it works properly. You’ll probably see a few more pull requests from me in the near future.

It's very hard to find something that is actually stereo, line level and 3.5 MM on a simple dongle like that. The potential for noise is pretty high, too, when you start introducing common earth ground. There are some 3.5 MM mic level stereo things out there that you can sort of fake to be line level, like the aforementioned old adapter here, but the couple I've tried had so much DC offset it isn't worth using for anything much. M-Audio used to have a reasonably clean one that did Mike/line, but that was only packaged with some junkie inaccessible software, far as I know.
pretty much everything I use is balanced in and out, so I can't really help too much.
if you are looking for something very tiny, I don't know, but there are lots of options with 3.5 MM stereo line level I/o, or RCA, which is easy enough to adapt, but you will sacrifice size.

There are tons of more sighted instances, of various focused places, you just don't discover them if you surround yourself with the same people and interests cuz well, there is no algorithm, no boost no discovery, mostly. Also as I said, PixelFeed is your better Instagram. But well, they wouldn't even consider caring for 1 person I guess.

Beta 2 of Braille display Calibration tool: Added a pause function, where you can hit P or enter to pause. I'm still labeling it beta until I know quirks are ironed out for people. Whether you're using a single-line or a multi-line Braille device, calibrating the dots and a way to clean them by raising, then gently wiping, can really work. Here at home, I'm testing this tool using the Brailliant BI 40X as well as the Cadence. On January 1, @samtupy open-sourced some of his older games. Among them is "bloodshed, release the pain!" This is a side scroller where you try to kill the enemies who are coming after you and score as many points as possible. You have several weapons at your disposal, many of which require ammo to work. Along the way, from time to time, items appear which give you more ammo, health packs, extra health, and other things to help or hinder! your journey. The higher your score becomes, the faster enemies appear, the harder they are to kill, and the faster they move toward you for their attack. Also as the score increases, the playback speed of the background music increases. This is one of these games where you eventually die no matter how good you are simply because the enemies eventually appear faster than you can deal with them. During the death sequence, once all play has stopped, the playback speed of the background music slows down to baseline. Normally this works quite nicely. But a few days ago, I managed to have a run of luck, and achieved a final score of 612,301 points. Due to the way the speed formula works, that meant at the time of my death, the music was playing approximately 62.23 times faster than normal. As you can imagine, it took quite a while to slow the music back down to normal. Here I present a recording of this event. First you hear the final few seconds of gameplay, then I die. After that, you hear the music, playing at incredibly fast speed. I used a dynamic audio normalizer to make the music louder at this point so you can clearly hear what's happening. Then, over the next more than six minutes, the music slows down to normal. Because of the way this works, the slower the music gets, the faster the rate of slowing seems to be. Finally it reaches normal speed and the score is announced. Enjoy!
