Kitsune is a new project that has joined the fediverse recently. It's mostly written in Rust and intends on Mastodon API compatibility so it can use the existing app ecosystem. It also just got initial support for viewing full PeerTube and Lemmy posts!

I've decided to open source Ebou, the cross platform Mastodon Desktop Client.
You can find the repository here:
It also supports Windows, although this is beta and Windows binaries are not included yet (you'll have to compile it yourself). Attached is a Windows screenshot. Linux should be easy to support, too.
I'm open sourcing it because I think there's great value in a high quality cross platform Mastodon desktop client and I can't pull this off alone.

V podobným věku jsem se málem rozšlehal o různý věci. Auto v protisměru, kámen u potoka, ... Helma byla samozřejmě tou dobou sprostý slovo.
Ale těch variant je víc - například mě nikdy neohrozilo 230V ze zásuvky, ale v anténním konektoru jsem je nečekal (dal jsem si 3x po sobě, potřetí už jsem visel - bylo mi cca 14 - upadl PEN v zásuvce před :/ )

As I recently got back into the Beatles music and have been investigating some new and updated releases, I was reminded of something that has been irritating me in the song "Strawberry Fields Forever" since the first time I heard it. For one, it is in general in a weird pitch. Somewhere between A and B-flat major. I have absolute pitch, and this cent-divergence between two semitones has me thrown off anyway. But in the middle of the song, from one verse to the chorus, the pitch changes by another few cents, and from this point on, John sounds like the song is playing on a cassette tape recorder that runs on low battery. The voice is clearly not natural sounding.

They're type definitions that are there solely to tell `tsc` about introspected types. If the backend code you want to use is introspectable, you can use it in TS code like you would with JS code. You can also generate type definitions from the .gir files with gitlab.gnome.org/ewlsh/gi.ts/.
