"I fear that our export-control laws are not equipped to deal with the challenge of open-source software - whether in advanced semiconductor designs like RISC-V or in the area of AI - and a dramatic paradigm shift is needed," Warner said in a statement to Reuters.

We're not done with Thunderbird Supernova!

As promised, we will continue to improve the UI and functionality of message threads and Cards view.

We outline the upcoming changes in our Thunderbird UX mailing list here: thunderbird.topicbox.com/group…

A mockup with developer comments is also available from the link.

💡 If you have valuable feedback to offer about this, please reply to the mailing list so our developers & community see it!

There is no Ublock Origin on the Thunderbird store, even though it and also the permissionless version work!

Firefox Translate will be huge, looking forward to that!

But whats also really bad is, that Thunderbird Conversations is broken (afaik) and there is no replacement, so having the thread just display below each other, including your replies

Espresso is the most precious thing to me in the world and scope of coffee. For me at least, it's the ultimate expression, not to mention extraction, of what high end specialty coffee can offer. In 20 years, we've had many variants of our "How to Make Espresso" guide up on CoffeeGeek. It was revised again this summer, putting more focus on WDT and how even just using a paperclip can make your coffee better.

WCAG 2.2 removed SC 4.1.1, Parsing (Level A). I maintain that valid markup has important benefits despite no longer being required. We may find it possible to write good software without static analysis, construct a building without blueprints, or make an accessible website without validation. They remain good practices.

WCAG’s normative text describes outcomes, not how to achieve them. Validation is but one part of the process of achieving the necessary outcomes.

Let’s not interpret the removal of SC 4.1.1 as permission to ship known errors.

@matt Apparently the W3C Nu Validator supports web components custom elements.

Removing validation from WCAG seems wrong-headed to me. How can you guarantee accessibility without standards conformance? Testing on literally every browser and device isn’t feasible.

We just updated the featured apps on gtk-rs.org which include Amberol by @ebassi, Authenticator by Bilal, Pika Backup by @sophie and @fina and Shortwave by @haeckerfelix.

It is still amazing to me that these great apps and many more are based on gtk-rs ✨

Mohl by někdo doporučit lightweight alternativu k #Redmine?

Jde mi o to, aby systém dovedl používat BFU.
