synapse is the original server and most mature, written by the team who created Matrix and generally just works… but it isn’t the most efficient. conduit is much newer and experimental, likely faster but less stable. up to you!

With the new plans, we were able to employ many more developers and improve Tuta much faster. This was necessary to get Tuta ready for everyone - not just the early adopters. ;)
