A community library shared this pic of books returned during the holiday break. The idea was to request patrons have patience because it'll take the staff s while to re-shelf so much. I just think it's delightful. Libraries are loved and important!
I wonder how many instance admins using Cloudflare know about this? My hunch is most do not, because the primary justification I see for using Cloudflare here is DDoS protection.
Cloudflare won't help if the attacker knows your origin IP, and you can't hide that with Cloudflare alone, due to the nature of ActivityPub.

Are you aware of Whisper CPP? It might be something worth embedding for people who have a decent CPU, but no good GPU. With some hacking i managed to run an old Chinese screenreading software from 2004 on a modern Windows 10 machine. The results were unexpected. 1. Total commander worked perfectly, labels worked even better than in modern NVDA. 2. Notepad could write, but could not read line by line unless used the mouse operation. 3. Visual STudio 2019 could write, and read! without any special operation. 4. Foobar 2000/Quentin'c game room didn't work at all. Yongde crashed. 5. Reaper could operate, but Osara did not work. Fun experience in deed.
