If you've installed the app from F-Droid before, you will have to uninstall the old version and install the new one, in order to receive updates. But from then on, F-Droid, IzzyOnDroid and the developer will ship the very same APK, so cross-updates will be possible as well 😉

I've been a Zap2it visitor for years, and it came in handy as my TV provider didn't have a set-top box with voice guidance until a couple years ago. Even then I like to view schedules on the Web. Are there any other good alternatives to Zap2it you know of? Unfortunately, Nfb NewsLine isn't available in Canada.
The reason why I submitted this article was because NFB Newsline used Zap2It for their TV listings feature. I hope that Newsline is able to find another source which can be used with the service.
