woah today I learned that if you connect to Matrix with FluffyChat or Cinny then you get custom user stickers and emoji, its like Discord or Telegram but easier!
#FluffyChat now displays all of your #matrix push rules in the settings in a user friendly interface. You can enable/disable them and delete custom push rules if needed.
In the future I might add a poweruser editor for new push rules. Aiming to support as many features of matrix push rules as possible.
You can now send multiple files at once. The login page got a redesign with SSO as the new default action (legacy password login still available in the context menu at the top right corner).
MAS account settings now available in the profile, making FluffyChat ready for the Matrix OIDC change! 💪
Lot's of new colors and style settings with much better chat wallpapers also landed in this release. 🐾
Today I implemented advanced style settings for #fluffychat with much more colors and the ability to blur the wallpaper. Also fixed a bug which made a wallpaper always look too downscaled
FluffyChat v1.18.0 adds some new features, fixes a lot of bugs and improves the notifications on Android by showing them in a conversations style. Voice messages got the ability to change the play speed and the status header is now optional.
For the record, #fluffychat, another Matrix client, was the first application supporting UnifiedPush, 3 years ago. Thanks again for the impetus you gave to the project :)
I'm playing around with a new design for the settings page in #FluffyChat. Somehow I'm still not convinced that Material 3 was a good idea but maybe I just need to get more used to it 😁
#fluffychat 1.9.0 has been released with some bugfixes, performance improvements and more Material You design. It now even uses the accent color on Ubuntu.

I have redesigned the chat encryption settings. It now shows a clear indicator if and why the chat is encrypted or not. It also shows a prominent verification button. User verification is now the default. Below you see a list of the device keys with their verification state. There you can also block devices if you like with a simple toggle
The changes include: - testing full features against all homeservers (#Synapse, #Conduit & #Dendrite) - normalize the app's behavior independent of platform (currently Android FLOSS, Android proprietary and Linux supported) - set of built-in helpers in order to simplify user login, logout or bootstrap processes in all future test cases
Platform-specific workarounds just took around 30 h of work.

S ntfy.sh skvěle fungují push oznámení na #schildichat a #fluffychat , Element zatím nejde. Je to #opensource s možností instalace na svůj server. Měly by jít push oznámení na #tusky.👍
