Zur Einordnung, das wären:
2x soviel, wie der Bund für Forschung & Entwicklung ausgibt, 1,8x soviel, wie der Bund in Maßnahmen zum Wohnungsbau stecken möchte, 12,5x jährlicher Bundes-Zuschuss zum #Deutschlandticket
Zur Erinnerung: Bei der #Aktienrente geht es nicht darum, dass jetzt oder in Zukunft Rentner:innen was davon haben. Sondern darum, dass der Bund Aktien kauft. Um vielleicht (ganz vielleicht) mit eingenommenen Dividenden ab 2035 den Rentenbeitrag um 0,1 - 0,5% weniger ansteigen lassen zu müssen.
Oder kurz: Es ist eine gewaltige Verschiebung öffentlicher Mittel, unserer Steuergelder, an den #Kapitalmarkt. Mit entsprechenden Verlustrisiken. Völliger Blödsinn.

Here’s a recording that I made on Friday morning of the sounds of the hurricane from my deck. I used an H1E, with two windscreens on it, as well as surrounded by a towel to prevent wind from blowing into the sides of the recorder as well. Wow. Nice wind chimes. How are they not making so much more of a racket with that much wind? Also, there are parts where those chimes kinda remind me of the Skype ring tone (the tinkly version, not the beepy version).
@jcsteh Good question, though. In life, I could only hear the chimes when the wind wasn’t at its loudest. In other words, The gusts were so strong that I couldn’t hear the wind chimes at all

I sometimes wonder why all the FLOSS #mahjong #games on Linux are always the boring American "mahjong solitaire" version, never the traditional "street" mahjong, which is 100x more stimulating.

I was so excited for a long time when I read the news @thunderbird got a new push and people are working on it, and on an android version too... After all this time, I'm still get excited when I see updates, but I always realise I'll not use it as I moved to @protonprivacy 100% a few years ago with everything and I don't have any other server I would use. Now they are open for beta testing (mastodon.online/@thunderbird/1…) and I don't even have an email address to use it with. :/
Thanks for sharing your story and we'd love if Proton Mail users had the option to use Thunderbird for Android, like they can use the Desktop app, in the future! And if that happens, we'll always be here to try :)
