Me parece de puta madre. Iba a presentar la reclamación en materia de accesibilidad para el trámite de cita previa de los registros de la propiedad. Voy a la sede del Ministerio de Derechos Sociales y Agenda 2030 y elijo el trámite 201041, "Consultas y quejas por discriminación por discapacidad".
Intento acceder al trámite, y me encuentro con que la URL apunta a un dominio que no existe: oadis.vpsocial.gob.es/consulta…
Tenéis unos cojones que os arrastran. Estoy para empezar a quemar.
Primero os reís de las personas con discapacidad dictando una ley con una obligación de emitir reglamento que no sale en años. Después con un RD de 2018 que en teoría corrige pero en la práctica no se aplica. Y ahora ya para joderla más, os da por poner un trámite con un dominio inexistente.
Si nos decís directamente que os importamos una puta mierda acabamos antes.

Acabo de presentar queja ante Hacienda por las regresiones de accesibilidad del REG y por tener un buzón de atención donde se supone que van las solicitudes de información accesible, informes de incumplimiento y sugerencias de mejora, que da 404.
Normalmente soy un defensor de la administración digital. Creo que se hace mucho mejor en este país de lo que mucha gente piensa.
Pero la total desidia, desatención y discriminación por dolo eventual a las personas con discapacidad me está tocando los huevos sobremanera y no paso otra. Incumplimiento que detecte, incumplimiento que denuncio.
Sí, y si vas a accesibilidad en el ministerio de hacienda te sale ese enlace que da 404. Pero desde allí fui a la parte de quejas y simplemente me dicen que las mande a la SGT por el REG, lo cual acabo de hacer.
Está bien porque genera un formulario modelo, pero luego lo hay que descargar y meterlo por registro a mano. En fin, no deben de tener ganas de que haya muchas quejas y denuncias.
Acabo de utilizar el formulario rellenado, aunque tampoco sé si va bien rellenado porque la accesibilidad del PDF generado es asía así, y lo he remitido por el REG a la OADIS. Sospecho que me van a hacer cero caso pero estoy de mala leche y a burocracia no me gana ni dios.
¿Lo más gracioso del tema? El Colegio de Registradores tiene un distintivo de accesibilidad de Ilunion, y un premio del CERMI por ser tan buenos con nosotros.

The next micro version of librsvg will support CSS var(--blah, #112233) wherever a color is allowed. This is the first step in supporting CSS custom properties for SVG Native, AKA OpenType SVG glyphs.
Currently it does that via a not-too-gross hack: the var(--name, color) parsing is done in the parser for colors, and it just picks up the fallback color from that syntax.
Still, *that* lets pre-colored OpenType fonts start working already. The remaining work is to enable recoloring glyphs based on the OpenType's font's color table.
