I have an idea. You know all the billions the Governement give away to the oil indsutry? Allocate them to build rail for passenger. ELECTRIFIED. You can start easy with the Windsor-Quebec corridor. Make flying into Toronto from YUL, YOW or YQB more awful than a train to Union station (the bar is low)
Montreal - Toronto could be 2.5 hours platform to platform, it would beat landing in YYZ and be a toss up with YTZ except that airport are always a shit show.
this is a dumb idea because the issue is the tracks would still be too busy with freight for passenger and then you'd have to electrify all the rails in Canada for those trains to move on. It's not cost effective.

This looks like misconfiguration or caching issue.
EDIT: Actually it looks like there might be some server instances with different certs. Depending on your luck you might get the server from DNS round robin with the broken cert.
