To all my writer friends that use MS Word - Microsoft has turned their AI bits and bots on to automatically go through anything done via Word.
Here's how to turn it off.
> Programs > Programs and Features > Uninstall Microsoft Office > Open browser > go to libreoffice.org > download @libreoffice
Then install LibreOffice on your computer and use Writer instead of Word.

@Mayana Perhaps this is not the proper way but I'm doing it like this:
* Write number 1 into the cell A1
* Write the formula =A1+1 into the cell A2
* Use the up arrow key to go back into the cell A2 and copy the content with ctrl+c
* Navigate to the cell A150 or where you wish to finish
* Press ctrl+shift+up arrow to select cells from A2 through to A150 and keep ctrl+shift helt down
* Press down arrow to deselect A2 cell keeping A3 through A150 selected
* Now press ctrl+v to paste
Results, it's working equally in @LibreOffice and #microsoftoffice too.

I just can't stand the latter...
