A ver, esto es difícil de entender a veces, pero el ensañamiento es el uso de medios que aumentan deliberaadamente el dolor del ofendido. Es decir, tiene que ser un caso en el que se utilizan medios que no son necesarios para buscar el resultado previsto en el tipo penal, en este caso asesinato (con alevosía). Teniendo en cuenta que el reo apuñaló intentando matar, y paró una vez que pensó que había obtenido el resultado, no se puede considerar ensañamiento, porque los medios aptos para causar la muerte ya están comprendidos en el tipo penal del asesinato.

Ya, pero la persona no murió, entonces es difícil decir que se aumentó el dolor del ofendido por encima de lo estrictamente necesario para obtener el resultado del tipo. Ya sé que esto no es consuelo para nadie.

Firefox? Not sure about that. I use Floorp, based on Firefox but only because I am too stupid to get Mullvad running. Librewoolf, Vivaldi and Waterfox are also alternatives to consider.
I've stayed away from google for many years now - likewise facebook, instagram and all other centralised social media. Other than youtube but i turn off watch and search history and switch off the algorithm switch each time i watch stuff.

how exactly is reproducability protecting against "supply chain attacks"? if as a maintainer or dev backdoor a dependency of some upstream package and then a new backdoored source code version is released, in this case reproducable builds will only make sure that my backdoor is reproducably built, but it will not mitigate my backdoor.

'Not really a fan of this stuff. I miss the old keyboard and instrument reviews and the musical breakdowns. The problem with this podcast is that you're both too polite and soft spoken and all that. Try getting a bit angry and controversial. There is no such thing as bad language, so where is all the swearing? You can't make a good podcast episode without some swearing.'
