I've always preferred Wiser's anyway, but shades of Heinz abandoning Leamington. At least Heinz is an American company. And bottled in the USA will NOT be an appealing selling point in liquor stores. They haven't been paying attention to the empty shelves that used to have American products on it? Maybe they sell more to Americans, so don't really care.

Unknown parent • • •@CStamp @Lynnd @ZenHeathen @Chigaze My rule is: if you want wine go to SAQ. If you want beer (local) check the grocery store (usually Metro or IGA, less so for Weston) or even the dépanneurs (some are treasures).
I have never lived in Quebec and not be able to get beer at the dep or grocery store.

But I don't recommend grocery store wine, hence SAQ. Great selection of wine from Europe.
