A few more accent color things landed, e.g. settings illustrations can now follow it, calculator has dropped orange, new dialogs disambiguate suggested/destructive styles, while papers and sysprof properly redraw when accent changes now (and it's all in gnome os, incl. shell finally). So yeah, it's all in a fairly good shape now ^^ (other than blue folders)

@WestphalDenn Ich weiß ja nicht, wo Du so bist, aber manchmal gibt es ja so Angebote mit Juan Ruiz, manchmal veranstaltet in Berlin von Anders Sehen e. V. oder so. Das war für mich ein besonderes Erlebnis. Gibt ein Buch auf Bookshare von Dan Kish, mit dem man es üben können soll. Aber ich müsste mir dazu die Augen verbinden und das will ich aktuell nicht.

@WestphalDenn @Saphira3111 Wenn Du da ein Training machst, kannst Du es nicht. Du kriegst aber eine Idee, was gehen kann. Ich glaub, ich hab damals um die 200 Euro dafür gezahlt, aber das war es mir absolut wert. Ich müsste aber, wie schon gesagt, zu viel mit Augenbinde rumlaufen, um besser zu werden, und das will ich nicht.

@WestphalDenn @Saphira3111 Juan hat mir gezeigt, dass Echos auf Glas anders klingen als auf anderem Material. Und es hat sich so richtig angefühlt, dass sie genau so klingen, wie sie klingen, so glatt und klar, wie sich Glas auch anfühlt. Ich war etwas traurig, hatte so ein Gefühl von "Warum hat mir das nie einer gezeigt". Fand es alles sehr berührend.

@WestphalDenn ich merke erst jetzt nach vielen Jahren der Erblindung, wie meine Umwelt mehr zu klingen beginnt. Bis vor kurzem wär mir ein Baum gar nicht aufgefallen. Den höre ich nun auch so. Es braucht einfach Zeit.

@WestphalDenn @Saphira3111 Macht ihr das auch, wenn ihr wisst, dass ihr beobachtet werdet und Euch das nervt, beim überqueren der Straße, wenn auf der andern Seite Autos parken, extra so zwischen den Autos durch zum Bürgersteig gehen und drauf achten, dass der Stock die Autos nicht berührt, um den Beobachter bisschen zu irritieren?

@Saphira3111 Mittlerweile eher selten. Allerdings gibt es hier mehr und mehr Menschen, die ihre Autos sehr bekloppt auf Gehwegen abstellen. Die machen dann schon mal extra Bekanntschaft mit dem Stock. Insbesondere, wenn man noch die Klimaanlage hört und davon ausgehen kann, dass Jemand drin sitzt, den das stören könnte. Auch nicht die feine Art, aber ich habe es satt, weiter so übervorsichtig durch die Welt zu gehen.

@WestphalDenn an Autos klopfen mache ich gern mal auf Arbeit. Weil die Kollegen zwar zum entladen vorfahren dürfen, aber einige nehmen gern mal nen Zettel zum Anlass vor dem Haupteingang zu parken. Hilft oft. ;-)

@clio09 @digitalcourage.social hat mit seiner ebenfalls blinden Partnerin in Wien einen Kurs gebucht und war auch sehr begeistert; Eine andere Freundin von uns, die eine Weile in Brasilien eine Blindenschule geleitet hat, kennt ihn auch und hat ihn sehr empfohlen.

Já ji používám z Fdroidu, tak pořádně taky nevím. On jí teď, během asi dvou týdnů 2x aktualizoval. Kvůli další verzi aplikace jsem musel aktualizovat server, co normálně dělám, ale teď se mi moc nechtělo. Ono blbne admin rozhraní, ale jinak by mělo být vše v pohodě.
