For Windows, I find Winaero Tweaker to be extremely valuable. It allows you to modify so many settings in your Windows 11 PC. It's very accessible with both JAWS and NVDA.

As adition will I have to stand up 2 hours earlier on mondays, and will miss two other hours somewhere in the week and if I haven't luck that are hours I have to learn for after school time.
Meh. No reason, but we do it anyway. Typical German school system.
