Been out for a walk first time by myself. It was nerve wracking but I was determined to grasp the nettle. Was so glad to have met a lady on crutches who had broken her ankle she was flying along what are the chances?! We chatted exchanged ankle break stories she gave me some good tips and she had built up to walking three times a day with longer walks she is just brilliant. I went “around the block” not too far and sat on a bench to take in the Autumn night air.

Krádeže v obchodoch stále pribúdajú, potvrdzujú to niektorí obchodníci. Viac než finančné straty ich však trápia obavy o zamestnancov, zlodeji sú totiž čoraz agresívnejší. Podľa niektorých občas badať náznaky nezáujmu u policajtov.

Niekoho to zrejme aj napadlo, ale zamer bol dostat "seba a par kamosov" co najrychlejsie mimo riziko stihania a teda reci typu "to je komplikovame" sli stranou.
