Nějak jsem si nevšiml, že by to někdo dodržoval 🤔, samozřejmě až na jednotlivé výjimky, míry 0. Vlastně celý začátek vlákna je 🔒, pokud neexistoval nějaký jiný primární toot, který ale nevidím, takže to beru tak, že to nechceš boosnovat. Respektuji to. Nelze vyloučit, že n-tý toot bude pro čtenáře nejzajímavější a nebude ho moci boosnout 😬. Bude muset boosnout celé vlákno, kde zapadne ten toot, který zaujal 🤷🏻♂️. Budu to respektovat, ale jako z mého pohledu úchylku 🤷🏻♂️. @mkyral @lubosblazek
@ferda Taky jsem nikdy nepsal, že se to má dodržovat 😀😀 je to svobodná síť. Zase na druhou stranu, když někoho to vlákno nezajímá, tak vlákno neotevře a na domácí ose nemá ani odpovědi. Jinak jestli je celé vlákno zamknuto, tak jsem ho určitě nezačínal já. @mkyral @lubosblazek

Però sicuramente puoi donare agli amministratori delle istanze (Mastodon o Friendica) che usi e se mi aiuti con un po' di passaparola sul progetto, segnalando bug o potenziali miglioramenti, sappi che fai già moltissimo.
Se prende piede Raccoon in futuro potrei raccogliere donazioni, ma vorrei organizzarmi per rendere poi noto ai contributor come vengono usate. E per ora non ho fatto setup di nulla di tutto ciò.

@alienghic Nearly all clients are connected via ipv6 on my server, but you can never be sure, people can use a stupid wifi etc. So it's good to have a turn server just in case.

And I get that's it's a really subtle point here between saying "I also have this problem" (fine) and "Please fix this issue" (not ok)

This is awesome. Not to complain or anything, of course... But you know what would be cool? If Whatsapp allowed you to transcribe a thread or even a bulk of messages. Would be really useful for those Whatsapp groups where people like to chat a lot and I don't have the time to listen to all the voice messages which, probably, contain some cool questions / answers I'd like to know about.

Tohle je mimochodem přesně ta situace, o který jsem mluvil: mamutovo.cz/@Razemix/113436933… Pokud se centrální relay rozhodne ignorovat váš PDS, tak máte smůlu a se zbytkem sítě ztratíte kontakt. Řešením by teoreticky bylo udělat si vlastní relay, co bude obsluhovat jen určitou podsíť, se kterou komunikuje váš PDS. To by extra drahý nebylo. Ale to jen za předpokladu, že se uživatelům zobrazujou data, který jejich PDS posbírá od ostatních relays! Jo a zbytek sítě by tuhle komunikaci logicky neviděl.
Co se stane, když se centrální relay rozhodne ignorovat/zabanovat váš PDS? Jste v prdeli. 🙂 A asi si umíte představit, že provozovat alternativní relay, kterej bude agregovat data z celý sítě, nebude úplně levný.
