I'll have to spend the evening transplanting the spinning rust 2TB drive I use for media in the current desktop, and the new 6TB drive I got for backups and the like; then install Silverblue and re-install all my configuration, apps, games, and development tools.
I could have probably spent a bit less by ordering everything myself, spending a month waiting for things to (hopefully) arrive, and then assembling the whole thing… But the result of paying somebody who does this as a profession is a very clean build, assembled and tested.
honestly the only thing I would have changed is trying to get ecc ram. It works with many ryzen systems and imo the price premium is worth it for the peace of mind.
But it's not something most boutique pc builders are familiar with :/

Of course, the case isn’t without issues—didn’t expect it to. It’s a new model designed for SSDs, which means getting to the HDD caddy is a great way to break things, and cabling is going to mangle your fingers into a bloody mess

I imagine it has RGB. Personally I'm not a big fan of RGB lighting. I can dig a white light inside the case to show off all the powerful hardware, but not the unicorn vomit kind of lights 😄 I'm also never personally buying a case with a tempered glass panel again as I like to open my PC from time to time to clean it, and removing the glass panel every time is nerve-wracking. Those specs look amazing though! It's going to spit out crabs faster than ever
@thomy2000 It has RGB in the CPU liquid cooler and the case fans, but the internal lighting is white; the glass panes are actually well protected and easy to move, so I'm less worried about them than my current case, which has a thicker frame around the glass window. All in all, I'm very happy with the case, even if it was the only one that could house the monster GPU card, so my options were limited…

With all respect, if you show this to a UX concepter, she'll see lots to improve. I'm not a UX concepter myself, but I work for a company that does it. Also, last time I gave the Powerpoint replacement a try, it was a nightmare to use... I totally like LibreOffice, though!
