Enfin, note que @gajim a depuis un moment des « espaces de travail » qui ne sont pas la même chose que les « communautés » mais permettent de regrouper ses discussions arbitrairement.

Je suis OK que la notion de communauté serait un plus. Cependant, je suis pas grand public mais je trouve discord beaucoup trop bordélique pour être pratique. Les « serveurs » sont éclatés en bien trop de groupes différents généralement, c'est trop de taf de suivre ce qu'il s'y passe !

Quiero pensar que como mínimo tendrán mucho cuidado en volver a motivar cuando evalúen, pero tampoco me extrañaría que hicieran exactamente lo mismo por otras vías.

Aquí hubo un caso interesante de una libre designación que se anuló porque la beneficiaria se soltó de la lengua antes de tiempo (antes de publicarse la resolución) y llos otros solicitantes impugnaron. Y como era muy escandaloso no se la dieron a ella.

Auf 2 Geräten probiert: AdAway deaktiviert, WLAN aus, auf die Website gegangen, ersten Button gedrückt. "Access failed", und das war's. Und ja, zumindest auf einem der Geräte war es der nackte, bislang ungenutzte Default Android-Browser. Bei dem klappte es dann nach einem weiteren Anlauf (alles von vorn). Beim anderen: keine Chance. Beide beim gleichen Anbieter.

Opt-Out ist ja schon schlimm genug. Was das ist, dafür fehlen mir einfach die Worte.

@d4m13n Sowas hatte ich irgendwo zwischendrin glaube ich auch. Wenn das Tracking genau so gut klappt, wäre das ja ein gutes Zeichen 🙈 Fürchte nur, da klappt das dann besser 😢 Das Gerät bei dem es klappte zeigte mir noch, dass es eh schon "aus" war. Na ja, ich surf herzlich wenig am Smartphone, von daher ist die Gefahr BEI MIR eher gering. Aber sowas ist doch echt eine Zumutung. Entweder sie erkennen das Gerät (dann auch bei Opt-Out) oder nicht (dann gleich Laden zu) 🤷‍♂️ @kuketzblog

Auch bei 'meinen' / den von mir 'verwalteten' drei #grapheneos Geräten bisher keine Chance zum OptOut. Auch schon beim Vorgänger von #utiq (#trustpid) ging es nicht. Wollte es gleich mal mit nem Notebook via WLanHotspot probieren.

Ein absolutes #NoGo! Jährlich? Und jeder NICHT #digitalnatives erfährt davon erst garnichts. 🤬

@elbast So wie das (eher nicht) funktioniert, ist das auch eher nicht zur NUTZUNG gedacht, sondern eher ALS FEIGENBLATT. Wenn es ernst gemeint wäre, wäre es nicht auf ein Jahr begrenzt sondern gälte "bis auf Widerruf" (oder böte zumindest eine entsprechende Option).

Dass man für das Opt-Out im Mobilfunknetz sein muss ist nachvollziehbar. Kein VPN auch noch. Der ganze Rest jedoch absolut nicht. Da kann ich nur sagen "ein Schelm…" Was haben AdBlocker, DNS Server und JS damit zu tun?

môže byť ale má to tendenciu sa zlepšovať a mňa osobne tá rýchlosť progresu prekvapuje. Ako čašníka ma to zatiaľ asi nenahradí ale v budúcnosti by som chcel robiť niečo v office a tam už by sa ten priestor na zamestnanie zmenšovať asi aj mohol.

Produkovanie "AI" obsahu sa mi vôbec nepáči. Od základu je moja osobnosť podozrievavá a skúmať ešte viac obsahu na internete čo je čo, to ma nejak nebaví.

@chikim @miki @pixelate Also, I would say that Web Aim survey is an outlier in this formula. The sample is too small and it's not entirelyclear how representative! :) Then, as pointed out above, a lot of blind people have nothing to do with technology because of age or economical status. I think NVDA stats are probably quite good, I wish we had the same from other screen reader vendors′. This would give us better idea.

#Android is getting an AI-powered #scam call detection feature

Will be powered by Gemini Nano, which #Google says can be run locally and offline to process "fraudulent language and other conversation patterns typically associated with scams" and push real-time alerts during calls where detected red flags are present.

It will be opt-in, but Gemini Nano is currently only supported on Google Pixel 8 Pro and Samsung S24 series devices.

Chromebooks already have great screen reading capabilities built in...

Awww Google, how cute of you. Great? Nope. Next time, remember. Nothing about us, **without us**. ChromeVox has barely been updated in *years*, just like VoiceOver for Mac, and Narrator. ChromeVox barely has any options for fine-tuning verbosity, keyboard commands, pronunciation, and some keyboard commands, like Search + Control + A for accessibility actions, aren't even well-documented. I should know. I had to use an Acer Spin 713 for a good 3 months as my primary laptop. So kindly stop talking, then ask, then act before you speak further.

"Updated keyboard shortcuts and first-letters navigation in Google Drive"...

First letters navigation? Come on. Any blind person can *tell* that this wasn't written by anyone who uses these technologies.

And nowhere in this article is anything new for ChromeVox. See? This is the kind of, frankly, bullshit that I hate on GAAD. Just shut your mouth and listen for once.
