Discord just announced a change to their Terms of Service, which restarts the clock on when you can opt out of binding arbitration. All you gotta do is read the "Opt-out" paragraph of Section 16 & send an email to arbitration-opt-out@discord.com from the email address you use to log in which states something as simple as this:
I am confirming that as of the date of this email, I am choosing to opt out of binding arbitration to settle disputes with Discord.
PostgreSQL maintainer Simon Riggs has died in a small airplane crash, on Tuesday.
For those who didn't know Simon, he's responsible for PostgreSQL Binary Replication and many big data features. He and I worked together at Greenplum 2006-2008. Postgres would not be the world-leading DB it is today if it weren't for him.

El tema es que tiene que haber sentencias ejecutorias. Con lo que se tarda en tramitar todo es difícil llegar a la multireincidencia sin haberse cancelado los antecedentes.
Pero claro, hasta que no hay sentencia no puedes apreciar esto porque no sabes si realmente han cometido el hecho.
@modulux @terecodina El problema es cuando lo encuentran con el cuerpo del delito. Eso debería considerarse culpabilidad de facto lo que ahorraría muchos problemas judiciales.
Hay muchos motivos por los que puedes tener una cosa que aparentemente no sea tuya: alguien te la vendió y la compraste de buena fe, la encontraste tirada y la vas a devolver, te la dieron en prenda/depósito/comodato, etc etc etc. La culpabilidad de facto es un peligro.

Huh. Apparently Google’s getting rid of its manual sitemap-ping endpoint, to nobody’s surprise. These things always inevitably become spam sinks. Google’s automatic crawlers have already been smart enough to know what to crawl more frequently, and its support for the open WebSub standard still exists to facilitate manual pinging for updates.
Unauthenticated sitemap pings always seemed a bit ridiculous to me.
