If you run a binary repo using fdroidserver and plan to update to the latest code, make sure to first study gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroidserver… and gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroidserver… In short, despite of multiple warnings, changes were applied which will reject several legit and absolutely fine APKs, e.g. such using key rotation. You will no longer be able to keep those in your repo once you've updated fdroidserver to that. Cases might be few, so you might be affected or not, but please check to make sure.

@Marco @vitallie Yes. Just set up the vpn on my phone, turned it on. It then bluetooths to your phone, and does its thing. It occasionally creates its own glasses wifi to which your phone joins to. Wifi on the glasses is used mostly only for when you sync photos. Either the glasses create their own wifi and your phone connects to that, or you connect the glasses to your existing home / work wifi and they do their sync in the backround.

the trouble with the AI on those glasses is that you really have to press it for details. YOu take a picture, ask for a description, it gives just one sentence. You need to keep asking more, and it describes more, but in very small chunks. It also fails with reading text, it just provides summaries and hallucinates a lot on that. Edit: I mean it doesn't say I am not shure what can / package it is, it very confidently decides to shoot at random and says a brand name for example. If logos / labels are not visible, its often wrong.

@vitallie @Marco I must admit I do use them less. The meta glasses provide me with excellent audio and video recordings, which in my book currently is a higher feature than text reading, which I can do with my phone as well for example. When it comes to headgear and wearables, I am also way more conscious on how does it look like. Those look like normal sunglasses and don't attract needless attention.

@robini71 @technocounselor @brianhartgen If I were going to buy a stand-alone scanner I'd likely buy a Lyriq. I heard Tek Talk's recent presentation on the Oddysey and I can't tell you how completely underwhelmed and unimpressed I was. In my opinion, the only two products I'd consider from Humanware are the Mantis and the Brailliant.

ich habe hier ein komische Anzeige mit dem Theme Frio.
Die Beiträge sind leer und erstrecken sich über die ganze Breite.
Wenn ich das Theme auf schwarz oder dunkel umstelle, ist es ein wenig besser, aber immer noch fehlerhaft. Rechts wird hier dann etwas zusätzlich angezeigt.
Im Theme Vier ist der Fehler nicht vorhanden.

Jestli mi neco chybi na Jablonci, tak je to felba u prehrady. Krasne okamziky s vyhledem na vodu, klobaskou, pivkem, nalozi cukru v postmixech. Minuly vikend jsem si tuhle krasu znova zazil.

Stanek Ady Spacka mimo zminovane vyhledy a brandovane pivo nabizi i killer feature v podobe ozivleho memicku Confused Travolty. Ktery neboha preslapujici obet predvede v naprosto dokonale filmove podobe tak dvakrat za hodku. Vylet doporucujeme!
