In looking through Evan Doorbell's phone tapes, I found these recordings from the Greensboro 4A, in Greensboro, NC, the city in which I grew up. This is definitely authentic North Carolina, but they don't make accents and voices quite like that anymore. If I had to guess, I'd say this lady was probably from somewhere south and east of Greensboro.

YouTube players, sure. The other stuff, only if there is a non-static server-side party ready to accept the submissions. E.g. some providers like Netlify offer a forms product, where they will receive form submissions in their backend and do something with the data. Any on-page updates, e.g. to show the number of votes in a poll, would either need the static site to be regenerated, or JavaScript to dynamically pull down the information from an API.
polls, comment forms, search, etc all rely on using some other JS based service, unless i'm missing something (or you end up building your own service)

It's more accurate to say anyone who's interested, has the necessary skills, *and* is being paid to do so or has enough spare time. I point this out because it's common to have problems in FOSS that remain unsolved until someone steps up and funds a solution.
@matt True points, and those are some of the legitimate things people are raising that I alluded to. I was thinking in the sense of freedom -- what are we allowed to do. With Windows, even if one has the ability and time, they don't have the source code or the ability to modify it, so it is highly unlikely they could have discovered this sort of thing.
Signal is working on the ability to set nicknames and add notes to contacts! Notes and nicknames will only be visible to you and will be end-to-end encrypted.
This feature is currently available in Signal for Android v7.2, but it will likely come to other platforms soon. Please note that this feature is currently under active development, so its design and functionality are subject to change.
some good news: thanks to @ondrej and the folks at Apple who pushed this through, as of MacOS 14.4.1, dig's man page on Mac OS now no longer says "domain information groper”! (it had been fixed in the upstream version of dig since 2017)
