The world clock in Google's current clock application centers the HH:MM:SS clock with a fixed padding on the left and right side.
However, it is not using a monospace font.
Meaning that the digits jump around left and right (and also extend/shrink to the top and bottom) every second, most noticeably when the second goes x0 → x1 → x2.
I am at the same time very and not at all surprised that this made it to prod.
