a. ľudia majú neporiadok okolo smetiakov a to ich láka b. sú premnožené c. plynie z a. a b. nemajú dosť potravy v lese
Ono sa to kedysi dávno riešilo aj u nás a aj inde na Slovensku a nejako sa to aj, ako ale fakt neviem. Ja som mal potrebu povedať že Huliakovi to teraz vyšlo - dobrý marketing, či je to správne si nedovolím tvrdiť.

Pracowałem nad takim projektem jako koncept na studiach (oparte to było na WHisperze), powinienem jeszcze mieć gdzieś do tego kod. In my experiences as an auditor (for WCAG and EN 301 549) I stumble over a large number of barriers. Heck, my job is to find and to help the website developer and owner to get rid of them to make their web project more inclusive and – in the truest sense of the word - accessible. But there is a certain type of barrier that are more, well, tragic than others.
#ISW, May 8 assessment: "Reports indicate that there is an available open-source tool that allows people to search by specific coordinates for Telegram users who have enabled a certain location-sharing setting."
But of course there is. The russian-engineering, roll-your-own-crypto, cryptocoin-shilling, encrypted-but-not-encrypted messaging app to have a zero-day exploited privacy flaw exposing users' location? I can't imagine where such failures would come from.
Why is this news? Of course a "find people nearby" feature lets you find people nearby, and it should be obvious to anybody with even a passing knowledge of cybersecurity that it's impossible for any app to protect itself against malicious users spoofing their location. If you're on Android, you don't even need a special tool for that, there's a way to set a gps-spoofing app right in developer settings.
These signals at the end of the platforms in Bussums with a level crossing right behind are interesting. If a train is passing through the station, they can go green with the barriers still open and have the barriers triggered by track circuits, but if a train is stopping, the signal stays red and only goes green once the barriers are closed.
Railway crossings in Czechia that are part of station work like this as well. It is quite efficient because the crossing is not closed for unnecessarily long time and at the same time the trains are allowed to pass at full speed.
