one thing that i'd love the WebAim screen reader survey to differentiate better is how results break down by OS (mainly to be able to have more segmented "on Mac, VoiceOver is effectively the only screen reader used" or similar). it might then also reframe some of the other statements/results, e.g. "71.6% of respondents use more than one desktop/laptop screen reader" ... Correct, and on the Mac, the differentiator is usually the browser used. You can have different experiences using the same website in Safari or Firefox, or Chromium-based browsers. So having a better breakdown would definitely be helpful.

This audio file is 16 years old today, created on my laptop in a SUV on the way to Nashville. It's one of far too many dumb things I created for my former internet radio show, Things and Stuff.
I got tired of accidentally hitting the mute key on my laptop or microphone and not being able to tell without going into mmsys.cpl and checking listen to this device, so I wrote a tiny program that sits in the background and reports your default input device's muted state with a global hotkey (control+alt+shift+m). Update: it can now even detect microphones muted at the hardware level, but not detected as muted by Windows.
We've tied the Tutanota theme to the system-controlled night mode so the app will automatically default to the dark theme when the system switches to night mode.
This way you no longer need to switch between themes when it gets dark at night. 🌃🌞
Sorry for the very late reply (and the account change), but I still wanted to say this: Personally, I'd prefer a system where I could choose the accent colour. Either, with a few predefined options, or maybe with a colour selector (however, maybe after selecting a colour, the contrast regarding the day/night theme should be calculated, to make sure it's accessible for everyone [and also readable]).
