Rozhodně mi to dává smysl. Každopádně bude mi chybět. Piráti byla jediná volitelná strana, na kterou jsem byla hrdá. Udělali spousty práce co nebyla bohužel prodána, a opoziční strany vesele házeli špínu kde se dalo i nedalo. A tak se vyhrávají volby..ne poctivou, vydřenou práci a skromností, ale co nejvíce házení špíny, lží, a dezinformací a dezinpretací, spolu s infantilním populismem a ANO, SPD, Turko mají voliče v kapse. Velice smutné.
S Piráty je to jako s malými dětmi, neposlouchají varování od lidí, kteří dlouhá léta mapují mafiány napojené na politické strany. Musí se spálit sami a pak jako malé děti brečet. Kdo v této zemi nevypadl z kola ven, když si dovolil přerušit letité penězovody? Tak už to ví a snad se trochu poučí, ale moc tomu nevěřím, ego mnoha lidí ve vedení Pirátů je furt obrovské na to, aby se naučili naslouchat již před nimi dávno poučeným. You can't run it without disabling the security completely (expert level in terminal).
When the author pays Apples $99/year fee they will be able to sign it and then it'll be just the soft warning (downloaded from Internet) where user can open the app in the end.

It's same for Windows application, you need the most expensive trusted certificate on a physical medium to sign Windows binaries to avoid the"dangerous app warning".
On Windows it's just not that strict. Yet.
I did both and Widnows is more expensive and more painful to release software.
I assume you only need to pay Microsoft if you publish your app via the Windows app store? I can effortlessly run trivial Windows executables I downloaded from the internet.

It's in CUPS, a printing subsystem. It isn't Linux specific.
CUPS isn't faced much to the internet, I've checked and done a Shodan Safari. It also isn't installed by default on Linux server installs for almost all distros.
It's not a big deal, update packages are dropping, don't panic.

@thunderbird I just noticed that the thunderbird Appointments logo looks extremely similar to the NOAA logo (US Gov National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration).
Is this gonna be an issue legally? Not sure how the bird silhouette sits as part of their logo.
Actually this version of the article is cached in my RSS reader, the article online has the regular thunderbird mail logo, so I guess they've already changed it.
