I am happy to say I'll be at #DrupalConAtlanta, March 24-27th. I am really excited to finally see Atlanta, which I have heard so much great news about. Also, so happy to be connecting with others in the #Drupal community. I am looking forward to more conversations about #GovTech, #accessibility & #sustainability.

"While your 401(k) collapses, Trump’s buying Teslas and fantasizing about annexing Canada.

As Donald Trump crashes the markets again, what does he do in response? He holds a Tesla commercial outside the White House, bragging about buying a Tesla for himself and his granddaughter. While Americans watch their pensions and retirement accounts evaporate, Trump’s big solution is to drool over a dashboard and say, 'Wow… computers.'”

"On the Monday edition of his program, Fox News host Sean Hannity announced that as a gesture of devotion to Elon Musk, he is buying a Tesla. …

Then Tuesday morning, Donald Trump announced that he too will buy a Tesla, and expressed his belief that it should be illegal for anyone not to buy one."

"Diaz is just one of many neo-nazis who are also people of color. While Black neo-nazis are rare, in comparison Latino neo-nazis are fairly common. Latin America itself is honeycombed with neo-nazi groups, and is just one of the many places around the world where they can be found.

This may seem counterintuitive, if not nonsensical, for those who think of neo-nazism as the most extreme form of white supremacy which seeks the extermination of people of color. But the history of National Socialism is far more complex than many think, and the history of non-white National Socialists stretches back nearly a century."

ABC7: Video shows Tesla Cybertruck completely submerged underwater in Ventura Harbor

"VENTURA, Calif. (KABC) -- Video shows fire crews in Ventura pull out a Tesla Cybertruck from the bottom of the harbor.

The incident happened Monday morning at the Ventura Harbor.

The fire battalion chief says someone was trying to launch a jet ski when the Cybertruck sank.

The vehicle was completely submerged in the water when crews arrived..."

Almost fifteen years ago to the day, I stuck a pair of cheap microphones outside my childhood home and streamed them on an Icecast server.

Today, the microphones have both been replaced, and they're in a different location, but still basically doing what they've been doing for all that time.

If, for some reason, you want a live, audio-only feed of some random neighborhood in suburban central North Carolina, it lives here.

stream.borris.me:8888/outside

This is running on a Raspberry Pi 4 running Liquidsoap for processing and archiving purposes. The microphones are a pair of Behringer XM-8500's connected to a Behringer UMC-202 HD audio interface. Not really an ideal setup, but it's cheap.
At some point, I want to miniaturize this setup, use condensers instead of dynamics, with the appropriate weather protection, and make the whole thing run on solar/battery power, but that's for another time.

@matt A long-standing bug in CrossOver, is that games using D3DMetal (Apple's framework, the only implementation of DX12 on Metal, and almost always the highest-performing option) cannot use the in-game Steam overlay, which precludes certain forms of multiplayer and just generally breaks the expected gaming experience. See for example reddit.com/r/macgaming/comment… codeweavers.com/support/forums… applegamingwiki.com/wiki/Cross…

I had forgotten this. Six years ago I researched the Refresh HTTP header field and came to the conclusion that #curl doesn't need to bother.

wow, I forgot about this one... I think I've read about this some very long time ago – so I guess it must have been on the german @selfhtml

You may want to s/the the/the/ in your blog article.

You mention in the that chromium added telemetry on that header. They are decreasing and more than 1 magnitude below MetaRefresh's values.

Would vote to deprecate that from whatwg... Labeling it clearly as undefined behavior.

Alle Netzbetreiber in Deutschland sammeln und analysieren die Bewegungs-, Verkehrs- oder GEO-Daten genannten Informationen über die Bewegungen ihrer Kunden. Opt-Out geht so! 👇

P.S.: Weiß jemand, wie der Opt-Out beim 1&1-Netz funktioniert?

Returned were treehouses remote, AutoDND, URLSanitizer, freeDictionaryApp and Blue Line Console. All of them RB. Altogether 16 apps today, 15 of them RB.

Enjoy your #free #Android #apps with the #IzzyOnDroid repo :awesome:

in reply to Doug Lawlor

@douglawlor Unfortunately we weren't allowed to record it - CSUN have always been very strict on that. Bugt you can find all the info on our site at: nvaccess.org/csun

🐣 oops… the Easter egg hatched early! We've just reached a goal we hoped to achieve around Easter:

At #IzzyOnDroid 40% – so 2 out of every 5 apps – are now #reproducibleBuilds 🥳

So whenever you see one or more green shields next to the version of an app in our repo browser at apt.izzysoft.de/fdroid you can be sure: this was built exactly from the source code it claims to be, nothing added or taken away.

Oh, and we should roll out those new shields soon™, so you see the independent builders 😉
