Tesla has been sued for speeding up odometers causing cars to hit their 50,000 mile warranty limit faster. The lawsuit claims Tesla uses “predictive algorithms” for odometer readings instead of accurately tracking mileage.

Whew. As always another shoutout to @rommix0 for helping source some of the more recent voice data for these older speech synthesizers in particular. Think only the Quiplash voice would be questionable there as it is a person's voice, but then there's this weird gray area with gaming-specific voices, and someone may genuinely use it to say, create a modded Jackbox party pack for their community, rather than to blackmail the people behind those voices. But you never know, so that could get taken down if I'm asked, or find out that voice usage spikes quickly for the wrong reason.
