@baethyn I tried type interrupt and it didn't do exactly what I wanted, because Control is one of the keys I use to play the game. I did find the solution though. If something is using the nvdaControllerClient and you don't want speech interrupted on key presses, put #nvda in sleep mode, NVDA+Shift+s. It worked quite awesomely.
I have been working the past few days to get text to speech support in Toby Doom on Windows. I have been successful for the most part, and there's now a powershell script that uses nvdaControllerClient.dll. If interested, more information on the audiogames.net forum.

I used to use text information for this but it pops off to the web and sometimes just times out more than it works.
I'm more than happy to cobble something together if nobody else has, because i really like the feature.

Some of those have been laying off people for months like their stock was crashing. It just took a while for the stock price to catch up :)
Also I think we have a bit of an AI bubble that's popping. I closed out all of my positions on #NVDA on July 1st which wasn't exactly the peak but pretty close to it.

GitHub has released an insightful article to accompany the documentary shared earlier showcasing NVDA, OSARA, & REAPER. The article interviews NVDA co-founders, Mick Curran & Jamie Teh, as well as Derek Riemer, who has used NVDA since 2011. Derek has contributed to NVDA itself & written over 20 add-ons. He also now works as a software engineer at Google.
