I, in particular, don't have lots to celebrate, so instead, I've decided to give away all the Ableton bundles from that project, except one, because I accidentally deleted it. So, for anyone who has Avleton Note or Ableton Move, you can play these just as they were created, modify them, study them, make them more interesting... For those with Ableton Live, you can import them, but they may not come out sounding exactly the same, because Live converts it to it's own format, and there are differences in the libraries. If you have managed to delete your C:\inetpub folder following the recent #Windows security #patch for #cve202521204 then you can re-create it using the following PowerShell script:
This script recreates this empty folder with the correct TrustedInstaller and SYSTEM privilages.
It does nothing to prevent the creation of HardLinks to this folder of course.
You could remove the SeCreateSymbolicLinkPrivilege (via secpol.msc for example) from a user account to prohibit creation of SymLinks but you would need to check in a test envoiroment to see what effects might have that have and what might break 🤔🤷♂️

Worldwide protests against the convictions and executions followed. To honor the wrongfully executed anarchists, and their struggle for the 8-hour day, May first has ever since been celebrated as International Workers Day in nearly every country in the world, except the U.S.

Yeah, that’s fair. Microblog certainly isn’t a perfect service, and I have sent feedback about accessibility issues which has never been addressed. I like this version of your blog because you don’t have that big menu at the top, it’s a lot less cluttered.

Knowing what the cost of RAM is, I can't see how you can justify $1999 for that tiny amount of RAM. It really seems scammy to me. I like the idea but not the implication. I think jail breaking an android and then replacing it's OS is a more practical path.
@Purismsubway surfers Honestly, I really like what Purism is trying to do with privacy-focused hardware, but I have to agree with others here — $1999 feels way out of reach for most people. If they could bring the price closer to what the Librem 5 was (even with slightly lower margins), I think more folks would actually give it a try. Right now it just feels like a niche product only a few can afford, which kind of defeats the point of spreading privacy-respecting devices.

@nkar Tuta protects you from email tracking pixels by blocking the automatic download of external images. This feature prevents third parties from tracking when and where you open emails. Tuta does not download external images by default, which includes preventing the loading of spy pixels or tracker pixels commonly used in marketing emails
That is not an active protection. That 'feature' is available in any email service, as far as one reads emails in text format and chooses not to autoload pictures. In addition Tuta does not actively detect and show tracking pixels. I suggest that Tuta looks up how all these are implemented in FairEmail for example.
