Coincidentally, I was asked to fill in a survey where one of the questions was about this very subject so I'll share one of the examples I gave there. In Austria, the qualified electronic signature is one of the state e-government services. A tool was built to allow screen reader users to insert their e-signature into any PDF document. The signature can be both visible and / or just a digital finger print, possible to verify through a qualifying verification tool. The visible signature can be inserted in one of three ways: 1. You place it right at the end of the document. If there's place enough, it should land in the line below the last one where there is content, otherwise, a new page is created. 2. The provider of the document can first place a QR code at a place in the document they choose, then the signee can replace this QR code with their own signature. 3. And here's the thing. Because of the incredibly vile US gov, it will be a very long time before I buy ANYTHING American. Every time I don't buy American, it will be me giving both middle fingers to the orange rapist, his minions and every single voter and non voter who gave him power he should never have been given. That is the longterm damage that government is doing.
I imagine this ridiculous, "but we don't mean it like that" is the orange rapist not wanting to take responsibility for the increased prices on goods and decreased sales in Canada. Blame it on Canada that the US elected the man rated the worst US president a second time. ;)
it should be noted they didn't apply 25% on oil, just 10%. Because we know how Americans are with the price of gas. Probably as mad as with their gun "rights". It would be bad if gas prices went above what they ever where under the previous administration.

@luiscarlosgonzalez @rommix0 yeah, the early batch runs can always have issues, so it's good to wait. I'm hoping the RTX 5060 or 5070 shares similar power envelopes to the 4060 and 4070, then I might invest in one. Still considering the 4060T or 4070 before, but not in a rush until I feel like the 4060 is too underwhelming. Sure, a minute to "think" can be a lot, but I want to first outgrow this GPU, as it is the very first one I've ever owned (shocker!)

So jumping from 9-series to a 40-series, well, massive evolution in tech. :D Back when I built my first desktop rig in high school, I included AMD Radion graphics, and SLI was huge back at the time too. Now SLI is no more, but I guess there's no practical need to link two GPUs together for consumers either.
