@err931 okay. well, often MSCs start off as issues - so searching github.com/matrix-org/matrix-s… for 'forwarding' coughed up github.com/matrix-org/matrix-s… and github.com/matrix-org/matrix-s…. For MSCs, there's MSC1228 and MSC4014 which are adjacent to this.
That said, agreed that a search engine for all MSC contents would be useful. One way to do it would be to check out all GH PRs for the repo via stackoverflow.com/a/27567939 and then: git grep "string" `git show-ref -s --heads`. Or contribute a web interface for it :)

Yeah, I don't know how focus tracking works these days. I don't know if the app gets the button press and it says "bring this window to the front" to the compositor, or if the compositor does it itself when it first gets the press.
And *that* behavior you want is something I started missing when I switched from focus-follows-mouse to click-to-focus-with-autoraise years ago, but I just thought it was a consequence of my choice.
