@Bubu I don’t think that’s true. I heard a talk pimping #Matrix at #FOSDEM years back, and I remember because I was a bit repulsed that a pro- #Cloudflare org was getting talking time there. It was the same year that #DuckDuckGo abused a time slot to advertise their #Microsoft-driven service.

We just released Nheko 0.9.1!
This is a small bug fix release. If you reported an issue, there is a 15% chance it is fixed now! This release also supports pinned messages, although those will only show up after someone changed the pinned messages in a room currently. Spaces are nested, there is quick access to your recently used reactions and direct chats in the sidebar. Apart from tons bugfixes and smaller improvements.

Speaking of decentralized video, where is the #Matrix #Peertube channel? Or even just a #Peertube mirror of the #YouTube channel? It seems odd that the "open standard for decentralised persistent communication" only seems to share videos on a closed, centralized surveillance video platform. 
Super excited for the advancements in native, decentralized, E2EE video calling. Just wish I could learn about them from a similar source.
