Recently, for Digital Wellbeing we merged notification improvements. Other feature work that will allow parents to better set their kids screen time by not allowing kids to unlock the screen and allow parents to extend screen time as needed is under review.

"Degoogle" is a very fashionable word here in #Europe, especially among leftists who want everything open-source, free, etc., etc. another fashionable word is "anti-GAFAM". And of course, most of these nice people don't realize that the vast majority of open-source stuff is either not accessible or poorly accessible and again, for the vast majority of that stuff, if you ask them to fix #Accessibility, the answer most likely would be "Our code is open-source, so go and fix it on your own".So, good luck, No sarcasm, I actually do like the concept of #FairPhone, it's something I'd love to have, especially if it had an option to add a hardware QWERTY keyboard.

Some of Abbott's continuous glucose monitors (ironically named the #FreeStyle #Libre 3 Plus) incorrectly reported low blood sugar — a grave & dangerous error for insulin-dependent #diabetes. I fortunately wasn't injured, but Abbott's refusal to allow public examination the technical details of their devices is tantamount to a cover-up.

By the way, what also helped a bit with the switch is, that all podcasts started to monetize, thus on spotify there is always only a short preview version of the podcast. Full one is usally available as a user specific rss link.
