#ArcaneChat doesn't have delivery receipts, only read receipts, the only automatic responses the app does in your behalf is to handle invite links, for that to be abused you first have to share your invite link with a malicious contact, you can get in contact with random/public entity via their invite link and be safe, as long as it is not you the one sharing your invite link!

this new #WhatsApp for #Windows crashes permanently for me. I don't know the reason, but given its inconvenience... I wouldn't say it's an absolute disaster (I can use it still), but comparing to the #UWP app it's a nightmare.
Laziness of modern managers and developers to implement proper solutions for each platform really saddens me and even drives me angry. Saying it as a developer myself. Modern #WhatsApp with its webbish design is not an absolute disaster, but far, far less efficient than the UWP app. Again, I know only two Electron-based apps that are a pleasure to use: Slack and VS Code, and both with additional #JAWS scripts.
